Tina Cincotti created Funding Change Training & Consulting after 12 years in fundraising and donor relations.
Before starting Funding Change, Tina held a variety of senior staff positions with groups organizing for social, economic and racial justice including Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts and the National Network of Abortion Funds.
She has served as an Organizing Director, Communications & Development Director, Director of Administration & Finance, and Acting Director. Tina has also worked on several political and electoral campaigns.
In 1999, Tina co-founded the Eastern Massachusetts Abortion Fund, where she also served as the Board President. She brings this hands-on experience building a fundraising program from the ground up to her consulting.
With her broad and diverse background, she can tailor a fundraising strategy to the size of your organization.
Tina complements her fund development experience with a thorough understanding of non-profit management – staff supervision and training; board management and leadership development; administration, finance and operations; communications and marketing; and strategic planning and organizational development – and how each piece relates to fundraising.
Tina is on the Board of Directors of Women In Development, and is also a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, and the Nonprofit Consultants Network. She also maintains a consulting affiliation with Third Sector New England.
