Funding Change founder Tina Cincotti is a fund development expert with a passion for social change. She gives grassroots groups the skills, tools, training, and confidence they need to raise more money while building stronger relationships with their supporters.
With 18 years experience, Tina specializes in fundraising assessments and evaluations; creating strategic development plans; writing solicitation appeals, newsletters, annual reports, and online content; improving donor relations and donor communications; coaching executive directors and staff new to development; and motivating boards to be more engaged in fundraising.
Tina has extensive experience as a trainer, including presentations for TDC, NonprofitWebinars.com, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Women in Development, the Center for Nonprofit Success, the Center for Nonprofit Management, the Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training, the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, and as a guest lecturer at Northeastern University.
Before starting Funding Change, Tina held a variety of senior staff positions at advocacy organizations and worked on several political campaigns. She also co-founded the Eastern Massachusetts Abortion Fund in 1999, where she served as Board President.
Tina is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Women In Development, the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, the Nonprofit Consultants Network, and maintains a consulting affiliation with Third Sector New England. She also served on the Board of Directors for Women In Development and co-chaired their Institute for Nonprofits from 2010-2013.
